You grant us only the right to process it in order to produce your new CV. Not to publish, to sell, or to train models on.
The delivered document is yours, for unlimited personal and professional use: applying, sharing, printing, editing.
There are no additional licence fees and no limit on the number of applications.
The name and logo CV-Refresher, the designs and templates, the prompts, the software and the website remain ours.
Not permitted: extracting and reselling or distributing templates, offering the service commercially on behalf of third parties without a written agreement, automated scraping, or rebuilding the site under a confusingly similar name.
Are you a recruitment agency, career coach or employer wanting to use the tool for multiple candidates? Get in touch.
That needs separate arrangements, including under the GDPR: you would be processing someone else's data, which changes the roles.
