Starter in healthcare
You stay calm when things get busy and see the person behind the file. That's the profession, and it's not something you pick up quickly. So show it in what you did. 'Certified Care Assistant (IG)' still tells a recruiter fairly little, because geriatric care is quite different from home care, and that very difference determines whether you're the right fit. After those twelve years, nobody needs to know exactly what your degree was called, so it's now a single line and your further training does the work. Even with an impressive improvement figure, the description stays at department level: a CV isn't a handover report.
