This is what a strong resume looks like in this field, and why it is built that way.

Starter — Operational work

In hands-on roles, certificates matter the way medical registration does in healthcare: they're listed with type, year obtained and validity, because an employer checks them and an expired VCA is a deal-breaker. Availability is its own section rather than tucked under 'other', because shift patterns and transport often weigh more heavily here than work experience. Language level is stated per language, which is standard in logistics and production: safety instructions must be understood.

8+ years of experience — Operational work

Ten years of experience progressing from order picker to team leader, and that's the core of this CV: the growth in responsibility, not the list of tasks. Formal education carries the least weight here and so sits at the bottom in a single line, while the certificates with their validity dates are given prominence. Here too the results have been made measurable — team size, number of shipments, absence rate — because 'hard worker' and 'gets stuck in' don't say anything an employer can verify.
