How to build your free CV

  1. Fill in your details: name, contact details, work experience, education and skills. Your entries stay in place as long as you keep the tab open.
  2. See the result on your screen. It appears fully formatted straight away, and you adjust whatever you like.
  3. Download the PDF. Save it straight away, as we don't keep a copy of your CV.

Why one template and not all thirty-eight?

Because that way the free version stays a genuine CV rather than a trial run with a watermark. Strak Mono is understated and gets through an applicant tracking system, so you can use it to apply straight away. Is it really free?
Yes. You fill in your details, see the result and download the PDF without paying and without an account. There's no trial period that costs money later, either.
Does it have a watermark?
No. It's a proper CV that you can send off straight away. What sets it apart from the paid version is the design: one template, no colour and no photo.
How many free CVs can I make?
A few per hour. We create every CV on our own servers, and there's a daily limit for the whole site combined; once that's reached, you can try again the next day.
What happens to my details?
Your CV is processed temporarily to create the document and isn't stored permanently. You don't need to create an account, so no profile is left behind either.
