When we refund

  • Your file was not delivered, or the file you received is corrupted.
  • The tool failed technically and we could not fix it.
  • The output demonstrably does not match what you supplied, for instance invented employers or roles that were not in your upload.

In that last case you may also choose a free reprocessing instead of your money back.

When we do not

Not because you dislike the layout. You can generate and compare as many designs as you like before downloading, so that choice is made beforehand.

Not if you have used the document and changed your mind afterwards.

How to request one

Email support@cv-refresher.com with your order number and a short description, or use the contact form. We acknowledge within 1 business day.

Do so within fourteen days of your order.

We refund via Stripe, to the same payment method, within fourteen days.
