You buy directly from us. Stripe only handles the payment and is not the seller: the agreement is between you and us, and we account for VAT.
The charge on your bank statement therefore appears under our name.
These terms apply to every offer and agreement between us.
You can read, save and print them before entering into the agreement. They are also attached to your order email, in the version that applied at the time.
All prices include VAT.
Prices may differ per country. The price that applied to your order is stated on your confirmation.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You pay once for what you order.
An obvious pricing error does not bind us.
The agreement takes effect once your payment is confirmed. Payment is in advance.
No account is created and nothing continues after your purchase.
Delivery is digital and starts immediately after payment. One credit entitles you to one download, containing your document as .pdf and as .docx; for a CV you can add the plain version to it.
We do not keep your document after delivery: downloading it again is not possible, so save the files yourself. Your credits do remain valid (see below), so you can create and download a new document within that period.
With a bundle you receive credits, redeemed through the personal link in your order email. No account is required.
That link and those credits are valid for 90 days. After that, unused credits expire without refund. The expiry date appears in your order email, on the confirmation page and on the credits page, and we send a reminder when seven days remain.
Keep that link safe and do not share it: whoever holds it can use the credits.
Because we deliver immediately, your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has started — but only if you expressly consented at checkout and acknowledged that you lose the right.

You provide accurate information.
You upload only your own CV, or one you have permission to use.
You do not use the service for unlawful content.
The tool rewrites and formats information you supply. The output is generated automatically and can contain errors.
Always check the facts, dates and employers yourself before using the document. You remain responsible for the content of your CV.
We give no guarantee of an interview, of application success, or of a job.
Your own data stays yours, and you may use the delivered document without limit, personally and professionally.
Our name, designs, software and website remain ours. The Rights and usage page sets this out.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
That limit does not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness.
Mandatory consumer law continues to apply in full; nothing here detracts from it.
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy statement. Because a CV can contain sensitive information, there is a separate page on how CV data is processed.
Report a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the problem.
We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond substantively within fourteen days. See the Complaints procedure page.
We may amend these terms. Amendments do not apply retroactively to agreements already concluded: for your order, the version in your order email applies.
Dutch law applies to these terms.
If you live in another EU country, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
