Who processes your data

CV-Refresher ([IN TE VULLEN]), Chamber of Commerce [IN TE VULLEN], is the data controller. Privacy questions go to support@cv-refresher.com.

What data, and why

• Your CV data, to produce your new document. The separate page on processing CV data covers this.
• Your email address when you order, to send you the document and the link to your credits. Basis: performance of the contract.
• The content of your message if you use the contact form. Basis: legitimate interest in answering you.
• Your feedback if you leave any, with the publication choice you make yourself. Basis: consent.
• Anonymised usage statistics, without a cookie and without a profile. See the Cookie policy.

Payment data

Your payment details never reach us. Stripe processes the payment and receives your card or account details directly; we only see whether a payment succeeded.

How long we keep it

• CV uploads: deleted as soon as your document is ready.
• Order data: as long as tax law requires (seven years).
• Unpublished feedback: 24 months, then deleted.
• Contact messages: 400 days. The contact form sends nothing to this site — it opens your own mail program, so your message arrives as ordinary email and is deleted after that period.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email support@cv-refresher.com; we respond within one month.

If you consented to publication of your feedback, you can withdraw that in one click through the link in your confirmation — withdrawing is as easy as giving.

You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
